Anthony Davis – Founder & CEO

Anthony Davis, a serial entrepreneur, is founder and CEO of 2GO Software Solutions. Davis launched 2GO Software, his fourth successful company, in 2007. His previous ventures include Amplific, an IT consulting firm, MP2 Solutions, handheld computer manufacturing company, and Imagio, a stock photography business.

Davis is a computer engineer by trade and was the original software architect and lead developer on the first products produced by 2GO Software. He learned much of what he knows about programming from his time spent at Microsoft working on the Windows operating system. Since then, Davis’s leadership and unrelenting passion for technology, business strategy, and desire to improve the effectiveness of customers operations has molded the culture and mindset of 2GO Software.

Davis is a fervent believer in giving back. He serves on several nonprofit and community boards including the National Association for Teaching Entrepreneurs (NFTE) and TeXchange, an organization that promotes entrepreneurs and technology.

Scott Harper – VP Operations

Scott Harper is Vice President of Operations for 2GO Software Solutions Inc. In this role, Harper oversees all internal operations of the company as well as scaling internal processes to meet the demands of 2GO’s rapidly growing team.

Scott was previously the Founder & CEO of SmartPhish, Inc, an online education platform and marketplace. Prior to SmartPhish, Scott was the Co-Founder & VP Operations of Doctors Link, LLC, a financial services and banking firm dedicated to medical and dental professionals; the company most recently acquired a bank.

Harper has a wide range of experience in technology entrepreneurship and operations. He is also very active in the local technology community serving for his second term as a Board Member & Marketing Chair for the DFW Chapter of TeXchange, and was an organizer for the Facebook & Intel Developers Garage of Dallas.

Harper holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Biomedical Specialization from Southern Methodist University.

Mark Haidar – Chief Technology Officer

Mark Haidar is Chief Technology Officer of 2GO Software Solutions. Mark will be responsible for spearheading design, development, and support of 2GO’s products. Before joining 2GO, Mark was the President and Chief Executive Engineer at Dialexa LLC. “Mark will be a valuable addition to our team. The expertise and knowledge he brings will be influential in enhancing our product line and expanding its feature set” said Anthony Davis, CEO 2GO Software.

Haidar has a wide range in developing enterprise and an industrial solutions ranging from university web-based system, smart home control and communication frame works, autonomous mobile systems, enterprise ERP systems, and wireless inter and intra-vehicular communication frame works.

Mark holds a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering. He has a numerous publications in academic and professional conferences and journals.

Todd Gottel – Channel Sales Director

Todd Gottel serves as Channel Sales Director of 2GO Software Solutions where he is responsible for strategic partnerships, channel strategy implementation, and sales activities generated through indirect channels.

Most recently, prior to 2GO Software, Todd held a sales management position within Agilis Systems where he was directly responsible for several successful enterprise mobile software deployments.

Todd has a strong background spanning 20 years in technology sales and business development in industries ranging from product manufacturing, telecommunications, and software solutions. He has a strong understanding of business and a unique ability to understand and create solutions tailored to a customer’s requirements providing immediate return.

Todd also serves on the City Council as Mayor Pro Tem of Rowlett, Texas.

Jeff Wereb – National Sales Director

Jeff Wereb serves as National Sales Director of 2GO Software Solutions.  Jeff will be responsible to drive sales growth in 2GO’s direct sales channel.

Wereb brings 15+ years of global sales and account management experience most recently with 11 years at Intermec Technologies as a Strategic Account Manger where he managed large multinational accounts. Prior to Intermec, Jeff served as the Sales Engineering Manager at Luna Communications as a wireless networking professional services start-up earning 200% sales growth year over year.

Jeff holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration– Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.

George Michael - Chief Marketing Officer and Board of Directors

George Michael – Chief Marketing Officer

George Michael is an independent consultant assisting companies with marketing and business development. Before joining 2GO Software’s board, Michael founded two Dallas-based marketing agencies. His first organization was an advertising agency, MBRK. Michael grew his company quickly and it was eventually recognized as one of the top ten agencies in Dallas/Fort Worth. He sold his business to Publicis. He then founded Michael & Partners, a public relations firm also recognized as one of the top ten PR firms in Dallas/Fort Worth. Michael successfully sold his second agency to his employees.

Michael is a member of the board of The Texas Institute of Sustainable Technologies Research, The Health Industry Council and the advisory board of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at UT Dallas.

Tod Mongan – General Counsel

Tod Mongan serves as General Counsel for 2GO Software Solutions.  Mongan Law specializes in corporate law, with deep experience in complex corporate issues including formation, funding, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and human resources.

Mongan has worked with other corporate law firms, as well as serving as general counsel for two technology corporations leading their fields.  As Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Carreker Corporation (now Fiserv), Tod managed Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, governance, auditing, securities, and employment issues.

As Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for BancTec, Inc., Tod was part of the senior management team and was responsible for legal, facilities, acquisitions, SEC and human resources issues. He also led the team that negotiated the leveraged buyout of BancTec in 1999.

Daniel Weaver Director of Quality Assurance and Customer Support

Dan Weaver – Director Quality Assurance & Support

Daniel Weaver is the Director of Quality Assurance and Customer Support for 2GO Software Solutions where he is responsible for overseeing the software testing and end-user customer support groups headquartered in Seattle Washington. Weaver was the 4th employee hired at 2GO Software and has been instrumental in driving the quality of our products as well as maintaining our goal of unparalleled support for our customers.

Weaver holds a degree in computer animation from the Art Institute of Seattle.
